Cooking time : 30 minutes
For 2-3 person

1. 200 grams of prawn
2. 400 grams of squid
3. 200 grams of shell
4. 2-3 spring onion
5. 2 chopped coriander roots
6. 5 garlics
7. 3-4 red chilies
8. 1/2 cup of crispy flour
9. 1/2 Tsp. of sugar
10. 1/3 Tsp. of salt
11. 1/3 Tsp. of pepper
12. 1-1/2 Tbsp. of Chinese vinegar
13. 1 Tsp. of soy sauce
1. Warm the pan for 170-180 c.
2. Fry shells first and leave them.
3. Roll squid with crispy flour and fry them.
4. Roll prawns with crispy flour and fry them too.
5. Fry coriander root , garlics , spring onion with medium heat and put all meats into the pan. After that seasoning with Chinese vinegar , soy sauce and fry them together.
6. Top them with sliced spring onion , chopped red chili and add little salt , sugar , pepper.
