Cooking time : 1/2 hour
For 1 person

1. 3-5 tiger prawns
2. 300 grams of asparagus
3. 1/2 carrot
4. 3-4 shitake mushroom
5. 30 grams of chopped garlic
6. 1 Tbsp. of oyster sauce
7. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce
8. 1 Tsp. of sugar
9. 1 Tbsp. of Chinese vinegar
10. 1/3 Tsp. of sesame oil

1. Fry prawns first and leave them for a while.
2. After that fry garlic  and mush room together. Put carrot , asparagus into the pan and seasoning with Chinese vinegar and all others ingredients. Fry them together and put sesame oil for the last. Keep frying them until don.

Choose to use big size of asparagus and already peeled them. Because this will easy to eat them and don’t fry all prawns in one time. Separate them and keep fry them until done for better taste.
