Time : 1 hour
For 2-3 person

1. 1 kg. Pork rib
2. 50 gram Chopped shallot
3. 40 grams Coriander root
4. 40 grams Chopped garlic
5. 40 grams Chopped ginger
6. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
8. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
10. 2 Tbsp. Honey
11. 1 Tsp. Ground pepper
12. 2 Tsp. Sesame oil
13.  4 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
14. Pork soup
1. Cut pork rib into 3-4 inches pieces and place in the pan with oil until get color on both side.
2. Fry all vegetable. Add pork rib down. Turn to high heat. Add Chinese liquor and wait until dry out. Then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar, pepper and mix together. Add soup and close the lid. Simmer over low heat. When the pork begins soft, add honey, sesame oil and mix together. Turn off the stove. Serve with garlic and ginger.

1. 1 kg. Pork rib

How to Cook Roasted Pork Spare-Ribs in Honey (See Krong Mu Aob Nam Phueng)
