Duration : 15 minutes

1. 3-4 Shrimps
2. 4-5 Crispy breads
3. 3-4 Tbsp. Barbecue sauce
4. 1 Tbsp. Kochu jang sauce
5. 1 Tsp. Old bay powder
6. 2 Tsp. Roasted chilli paste
7. 2-3 Sliced Jalapeno
8. Fresh salad vegetable
9. 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
10. 3 Tbsp. Soju

1. Season salt, pepper and Old Bay. Then grill on hot pan with olive oil until get beautiful color on both side and set aside. You can grill together with Jalapeno.
2. In the same pan, add Kochu jang and barbecue sauce. Simmer until well combined. Follow with Soju. You can pour stock down just a little and mix to combine. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper as you like.
3. Add Mexi-Korean on the dish. Then decorate with grilled Jalapeno, salad vegetable and crispy bread. And now ready to e-a-t!
