Cooking time : 20 minutes

1. 100 grams Wheat flour
2. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
3. 100 ml. Beer
4. 2 Eggs
5. 1 Tsp. Oil
6. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
7. 2-3 Apples
8. Oil (for frying)

1. Mix beer, egg, oil and sugar together. Then add sifted flour down and stir again. Set aside 20-30 minutes.
2. Peel and cut apple. Then heat oil in a pan.
3. Coat apple with the flour and fry until crispy on both side. Drain oil, arrange into the dish and serve with ice-cream. Sprinkle with icing.
