Kimchi Fried Rice  (Kao Pad Kimchi) - This fried rice made a variety. When we put Kimchi in fried rice and fry together, instead of eating basic fried rice. You will get different taste in Korean style.

Cooking time : 15 minutes

1. 1 cup Cooked rice
2. 100 grams Kimchi
3. 1 Tbsp. Kochujang sauce
4. 2-3 Shitake mushroom
5. 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
6. 1 Tbsp. shoyu
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
8. Spring onion (sprinkle)
9. 1 Tbsp. Oil
10. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
11. Pepper

1. Add oil into the pot. Add garlic and fry until smell good. Add mushroom and kimchi. Season with Kochujang, Shoyu and sugar. Fry to combine and taste.
2.  Fry rice in the pan and mix well together. Add sesame oil, pepper and fry to combine. Turn off the gas and serve. Sprinkle with spring onion. Ready to serve.

Ingredient of Kimchi Fried Rice (Kao Pad Kimchi)

1. 1 cup Cooked rice
2. 100 grams Kimchi
3. 1 Tbsp. Kochujang sauce
4. 2-3 Shitake mushroom
5. 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
6. 1 Tbsp. shoyu
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
8. Spring onion (sprinkle)
9. 1 Tbsp. Oil
10. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
11. Pepper

How to Cook Kimchi Fried Rice (Kao Pad Kimchi)
