Oyako Donburi (Kao Na Gai and Kai Bab Yee Pun) - Oyako Donburi is rice topped with egg and fried chicken with Japanese sauce style. This menu is easy to make and delicious.

cooking time : 15 minutes

1. 1 cup Japanese rice
2. 200 grams Chicken breast
3. 1/2 cup Spring onion
4. 1-2 Onion
5. 2 Eggs
6. 1/2 cup Dried fish soup
7. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Shoyu
8. 1 Tbsp. Mirin
9. 1 Tbsp. Sake
1. Heat the pan, add oil and wait until hot. Add onion and fry. Then add chicken to fry until cook. Add dried fish soup. Season with Shoyu, mirin and stir to combine. Sprinkle with spring onion.
2. Beat egg and add into a pan. Close the lid and turn medium heat. Close the lid again for a while and turn off gas. Then pour on Japanese rice. Ready to serve.
