Cooking time: 60 minutes

1. 1 kg. Pork (without fat)
2. 3 Tsp. Grounded salt
3. 1 Tbsp. Grounded pepper

1. Put the pork in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until cool. Then blend until finely. Keep adding ice or cold water (14-16 degrees). Put the seasoning, blend until thick and smooth. (You can add tapioca flour or Phosphate in this step)
