For 1 cup
Cooking time : 20 minutes

1. 2-3 red chilies
2. 2 Tbsp. of vinegar
3. 2-3 Tbsp. of black salted soya beans
4. 1 Tbsp. of palm sugar
5. 1 Tbsp. of tamarind juice
6. 1/2 cup of pounded peanut
7. 3 Tsp. of sticky rice
8. 1 cup of water

1. Smash chilies and mix them with vinegar (can keep in refrigerator for months)
2. Smash soya beans and stick rice together. After that put palm sugar , tamarind juice and water into mortar and smash them together.
3. Boil them with low heat until sticky . Serve with preserved chilies.
