For 1-2 person
Cooking time : 20 minutes (not including preserved time)

1. 1-1/2 cup of steamed sticky rice
2. 300 grams of pork
3. 2 Tbsp. of sliced shallot
4. 1/2 Tbsp. of sliced spring onion
5. 1/2 Tbsp. of coriander
6. 1 Tsp. of chopped leech lime leave
7. 1-3 Tsp. of roasted uncooked rice
8. paprika
9. 1-2 Tbsp. of fish sauce
10. 1 Tsp. of sugar
11. 2 Tbsp. of lime juice
1. Mix all ingredients together except 1st ingredient. Mold them like ham burger for 1 cm. of thick. Take them in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
2. Roast them on the pan with medium heat and leave them for a while.
3. Mold sticky rice like a bun and make them like ham-burger. Ready to serve (mold while sticky rice hot , more easy to mold).

Tips

For more sticky , pound all ingredients in the rock mortar.
