Cooking time:  60 minutes

1. Lichee 
2. Jackfruit
3. Southern langsat   
4.  Zalacca
5. Longan
6. Sour mango
7. Chopped ginger
8. Fried garlic
9. Gold leaf (for decorate)

1. Sugar
2. Pandan juice
3. Topped jasmine water
4. Sour orange juice
5. Grounded salt
6. Orange skin
1 . Rinse fruits , peel seed and cut in shape you want. Then put in refrigerator.
2. Mix sugar, pandan juice, topped jasmine water, grounded salt together and simmer until thick. Then add sour orange down. Wait until boiling and set aside. 
3.  How to eat – Add fruit, ice in a bowl. Topped with syrup. Add sour orange just a little. Decorate with shredded mango, chopped ginger and fried garlic. You can use gold leaf for decorating as well.
