14. 2 Spring onion (stalk)
1. Heat the pan, add oil and stir-fried with chicken.
2. Sift oil out and set aside chicken.
3. Add garlic oil in the pan, follow with onion and dried chili.
4. Fry onion until soft and smell good.
5. Add chicken, Chinese plum, gingko.
6. Season with pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce.
7. Fry until dry, add cashew nut and spring onion.
8. Ready to serve.
