5. 1 cup Shredded carrot
6. 2 cups Cauliflower
7. Sweet basil
8. 15 Lettuce leaves

Sauce
1. 9 Tbsp. Lime juice
2. 6 Tbsp. Fish sauce
3. 3 Tbsp. Palm sugar
4. 6 Tbsp. Bird chilies
5. 3 Tbsp. Coriander root (finely chopped)
6. 3 Tbsp. Garlic (finely chopped)
7. 3 Tbsp. Chopped shallot

1. Blend sauce ingredient with food mixing until finely. Set aside.
2. Cut half rice papaer and soak for 10 minutes piece by piece. Add lettuce  , cauliflower, carrot, sweet basil on rice paper.
Then place seafood and wrap tightly. Serve together with sauce.
