For 1-2 person
Cooking time : 15 minutes

1. 1 handful Mussel
2. 1 Cup Chopped tomato
3. 1/2 Cup Chicken stock
4. 1 Tbsp. Paprika powder
5. 3 Bird chili
6. 1 Thyme
7. 1 Bay leave
8. 1 Stalk Oregano

1. Fry onion until soft with herb in olive oil. Add garlic, smashed chili and fry them all together.
2. Fry tomato with high heat. Then add paprika and stock down. Season with salt, pepper and heat to boiling.

Tips

You should not boil mussel too long. It will tough and dry.
