1. 1/2 Cup Fried Shallots
2. 2 Chicken Hip with Drumstick (about 600 g.)
3. 10 Small Cloves Garlic
4. 1/2 Tbsp. White Pepper (tablet)

1. Pound coriander seeds, pepper, garlic thoroughly.
2. Pour pounded ingredients into a bowl, follow by cumin, soy sauce, salt, sugar and stir it all together. Ferment chicken for 1 hour
3. Fry chicken into hot oil for 5 minutes. Drain dry. And fry the rest once again for 2 minutes, drain dry.
4.  Chop chicken into pieces. Garnish with fried shallots. Ready to eat.
