Fried Sea Bass Fish with Black Pepper Sauce (Pla Ka Pong Pad Prik Thai Dum) - Today I will cook another delicious sea bass menu with black pepper sauce which is widely popular for the black pepper. This sauce can go very well with both land animal and sea creatures.

Fried Sea Bass Fish with Black Pepper Sauce (Pla Ka Pong Pad Prik Thai Dum) - Today I will cook another delicious sea bass menu with black pepper sauce which is widely popular for the black pepper. This sauce can go very well with both land animal and sea creatures.
For 1 person (For 2-3 person)
Cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 1/2 Sea bass
2. 1/4 Onion
3. 3-5 Tbsp. Black pepper sauce
4. Spring onion
5. Red goat pepper
6. 3 Ginger (cut like leave)
7. 1 Green pepper
8. 5 Carrots (cut like flower)
9. 3-5 Tbsp. Black pepper sauce
10. 1/4 cup Broth
11. 2 Tbsp. Chinese wine
12. 2 Tbsp. Oil
1. Mix fish with all purpose flour. And fry until crisp. Set aside.
2. Heat the pan, add oil and fry all vegetable (except goat pepper and spring onion.
3. Add Chinese wine, black pepper sauce and broth.
4.     Add fried fish down and mix together. Then add goat pepper and spring onion. Turn off the stove and ready to serve.

Ingredient of Fried Sea Bass Fish with Black Pepper Sauce (Pla Ka Pong Pad Prik Thai Dum)
