For 12 pieces
Cooking time : 1 hour and 30 minutes

1. 540 grams of bread flour
2. 140 ml. of milk
3. 1 egg
4. 70 grams of salted butter
5. 12 grams of yeast
6. 35 grams of sugar

Ingredients of bread

1. 1/2 recipe of Custard Cream 
2. 200 grams of strawberry jam
3. 1 pack of fresh strawberry
4. Peppermint
5. Icing
1. Mix yeast and warm milk together for 5 minutes.
2. Mix butter , egg and sugar together.
3. Mix 1st mixture and 2nd mixture together.
4. Whisk them for 30 minutes
5. Mold them for 50 grams per each.
6. Leave them for 30 minutes and cover them with wet cloth.
7. Warm oven at 180 c.
8. Spread them with strawberry jam and custard.
9. Spread them with egg white of milk.
10. Bake them for 20 minutes
11. Decorate them up on you like.
