For 2-3 person
Cooking time:  2 hour

1. 1 Pork knuckle  
2. 2 Beer (small)
3. 3 Tbsp. Cumin powder
4. 2 Tbsp. Salt
5. 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
6. 1 Onion
7. 5-10 Clove Garlic
8. 4-6 Tbsp. Oil
9. Boiled potato
10. Fresh vegetable
11. Pickled cauliflower
1. Warm oven at 150 degrees.
2. Smash or chop garlic until finely and put in oil.
3. Put pork knuckle, onion, black pepper and beer in onion (not over 1 inch).
4. Clean pork knuckle and drain dry.  Paint garlic and oil over pork knuckle. Add cumin powder again and put in a tray straightly. 
5. When the pork hot, warm in the oven at 1-1.50 hour. And don’t let beer dry out.
