Cooking time: 15 minutes (not include marinating 30 minutes)

1. 300 grams Minced pork
2. 5-7 Lemongrass
3. 2-3 Coriander root
4. 5-10 clove Garlic
5. 1 Tsp. Pepper
6. 1 Tsp. Tapioca flour
7. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
8. 1-2 Tsp. Sugar
9. 1 Spring onion (optional)

1. Pound coriander root, garlic and pepper finely. Add minced pork, tapioca flour, fish sauce, sugar together. Or marinate at least 1 hour.
