Yum Yuan (Spicy Vietnamese Salad) - Many of you may be familiar with the name of salad. It looks quite similar. There are a lot of ingredients and serve with sliced boiled egg that make a different from other Spicy Salad. It’s delicious and full with nutrients. Worth for the time and energy we’ve lost.

For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 6-8 pieces Sliced pork
2. 2 Tbsp. Boiled pork skin
3. 5 Shrimp
4. 1 Tsp. Chicken breast
5. 1 Duck egg (sliced)
6. 1 Tbsp. Fry dried shrimp
7. 1 Tbsp. Cucumber
8. 4-5 pieces Sliced radish
9. 10 Mint leaves
10. 4-7 Red goat pepper
11. 3 Tbsp. Garlic
12. 2-3 Coriander root
13. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
14. 1-1/2 Tsp. (or 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce)
15. 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
16. 1-2 Tsp.  Vinegar
1. Spicy dressing salad – Pound goat pepper until finely. Follow with coriander root, garlic. Season with fish sauce, sugar, lime and vinegar. Taste.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with sliced egg, mint leave and egg yolk at last.

Ingredient of Yum Yuan (Spicy Vietnamese Salad)

1. 6-8 pieces Sliced pork

How to Cook Yum Yuan (Spicy Vietnamese Salad)
