1.  1 Piece of Duck Breast
2.  1 Sun Quick Orange
3.  150 ml. Redwine Vinegar 
4.  1/2Cup of Sugar
5.  1 Shot Cointreau (orange liquor smell)

1. Season the duck breast meat with salt and pepper. Then set aside.
2. Simmer red wine vinegar and sugar only 40% and then pour Cointreau.
3. Add orange meat and juice. Continue simmering, follow by pouring chicken stock slowly. Simmer until broth dry out.
4. Heat the pan. Fried duck skin without oil first. Fry about 4 minutes for each side.
5. Cut slice duck breast. Serve with orange sauce and mashed potato. Ready to eat.
