For 1-2 person
cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 1/2 cup Minced shrimp
2. 1/2 – 1 handful Cowslip creeper
3. 1 small pack Vermicelli
4. 5-10 Diced carrot
5. 1 Coriander (root can bring to boil the soup)
6. 3-5 Tbsp. Soy sauce
7. 2-3 Tbsp. Water
1. Soak vermicelli until soft for about 5 minutes. And drain dry.
2. Stuff minced shrimp into Cowslip creeper. Mold the rest into small piece and set aside.
3. Boil water until boiling. Add coriander root, boil over low heat together with carrot. Season with soy sauce. When carrot soft, turn to medium-high heat, add vermicelli and Cowslip creeper. Wait for 20 seconds and ready to serve. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
