For 1-2 persons
Cooking time : 15 minutes

1. 1 cup of mushrooms (mixed)
2. 1 root of smashed lesser ginger
3. 1 smashed lemon grass
4. 10 leaves of hot basil
5. 5-7 dried guinea pepper
6. 3-5 shallots
7. 3 tomatoes
8. 4 Tbsp. of fish sauce
9. 3 Tbsp. of ripe tamarind
10. 2-3 cups of water

1. Roast 2nd to 5th ingredient (or 1st , 6th , 7th ingredient) until has good smell.
2. Boil water and put all roasted ingredients into the pot and follow by mushrooms. Seasoning with fish sauce, sugar and ripe tamarind. Ready to serve.
