Cooking time : 40 minutes

1. 2 cup of steamed and soaked lotus seed (1 night)
2. 1/2 cup of palm sugar
3. 2 Tbsp. of honey
4. 1 Tsp. of salt
5. 1 Tbsp. of fish sauce
6. 1 Tbsp. of smashed of coriander root , garlic and pepper
7. Palm oil (for fry)
8. Vegetable oil

1. Warm the pan with medium heat and pour palm oil into the pan. Fry lotus seeds until turn to light yellow.
2. Fry smashed of coriander root , garlic and pepper. Seasoning with palm sugar , salt, fish sauce and honey. Mix them together.
