Kanom Mor - Chee (Thai Style Mochi) - originally comes from Mochi. Because culture is changed over by time. And finally become a new kind of Southern dessert between of Japanese and Thai dessert. It’s appetizing and colorful, flavored with Anchan juice and Pandan juice.

Cooking time : 40 minutes
For 10-12 pieces (upon their size)

Ingredients of dough

1. 1/2 cup of glutinous flour
2. 2-3 Tbsp. of water (food coloring)

Ingredients of stuff

1. 1/4 cup of smashed peanut
2. 2 Tbsp. of sugar
3. 1 Tbsp. of white sesame and black sesame 
4. syrup (mixed of 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water)

Ingredients of powder

1. 1/4 cup of roasted glutinous flour
2. 1/8 Tsp. of salt
1. Mix glutinous and water together. Knead them and mold them for bite size.
2. Steam them for 10 minutes.
3. After that smash all ingredients together (except syrup). Keep pouring syrup while knead mixture.
4. Roll them with glutinous flour and flat them. Put stuff at the center of each piece and mold them for the last (roll them with powder too). Ready to serve.

Tips

For the better taste, do not keep this dessert for next day. And for the dough you should make them day by day.
