Hot Yellow Fish Curry (Gang - Lheung)  - This curry is very spicy foods and popular in the south of Thailand. This curry looks not too different with ‘Gang - Som’(Sour Soup) But yellow curry is more spicy. Turmeric is a spice with a deep yellow color that makes this curry yellow.

For 2 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 400 grams Fish
2. 150 grams Coconut shoot
3. 1-2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
4. 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
5. 1 Tbsp. Palm sugar
6. 5-10 Chilies
7. 5-7 clove Garlic
8. 2 Tbsp. Shallot
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh cumin
10. 1 Tsp. Shrimp paste
11. 1 Tsp. Rice
12. 2-3 cups of Water
1.  Smash ingredients 6-11 and salt just a little until finely. Set aside.
2. Boil water until boiling. Add fish and turn to low heat (do not stir) Wait until fish cook.
3. Add coconut shoot, season with fish sauce, tamarind juice, palm sugar and taste.

Ingredient of Hot Yellow Fish Curry (Gang - Lheung)
