1.  1 Squid (sliced)
2. 1 1/2 cup Crispy flour
3. 1/2 cup Beer
4. Salt
5. Pepper
6. 1 Tbsp. Parsley
7. Oil

1. Peel squid and rinse thoroughly. Slice into piece.
2. Mix crispy flour with beer, season with salt, pepper and parsley. Stir to combine.

4. Mix all sauce ingredients together. Put in a cup.
5. Serve fried squid on the dish with sauce.
