Serve : 15 Scoop
Cooking time: 15-18 hour

1. 375 ml. Milk
2. 375 ml. Cream
3. 1 Egg
4. 1/2 cup of Sugar
5. 2 Tbsp. Glucose
6. 1 cup Red bean
7. 4 cup Water
8. 1 cup Sugar
9. 1/8 Tsp. Salt
1. Put red bean in water 8 hours (or overnight) Then blend until finely just right.
2. Add sugar and salt. Then boil over medium heat and then low the heat. Simmer until soft and water dry out. Remove from the dtove.
3. In another pot, mix egg, sugar and glucose. Beat sugar and egg until fluffy.
4. Pour milk and cream with egg mixture. Then put red bean and stir well again.
5. Put the mixture in a box and freeze. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes- 1 hour. Stir until the mixture until set and smooth.

Ingredient of Red Bean Ice Cream (Ice Cream Tua Dang)
