1. 3 Green apples
2. 1 1/2 cup Sugar
3. 1/2 cup Glucose
4. 1/4 Tsp. Salt
5. 1/2 Tsp. Lime juice
6. 375 ml. Water
7. 1/4 cup Sparkling wine
