Alien Egg (Kai Yieaw Ma Son Krueng) - Alien Egg can call in another name for this menu. I adapt this dish from ‘English Scotch Egg’ recipe. This dish is a delicious appetizer. Another great option menu with beer.
Cooking time: 20-30 minutes
For 2 person

1. Preserved egg
2. 1 piece Italian Sausage
3. 1 cup  Breadcrumb
4. 50 grams Minced beef
5. 1 Egg yolk
6. 1 Handful Oregano
7. 1 Tsp. Paprika
8. 2-3 Tbsp. Barbeque sauce
9. Pomegranate
1. Mix sausage and minced beef together. Season with salt pepper and put egg yolk down. Blend until smooth and add preserved egg.
2. Coat egg with bread crumb and fry in hot oil (180 degree) until crispy. Set aside.
3. Arrange the dish. Serve with bread crumb, oregano, Pomegranate and barbeque sauce.

How to Cook Alien Egg (Kai Yieaw Ma Son Krueng)
