4. 2-3 Shallots
5. 10 cloves Garlic
6. 1 Tsp. Grilled shrimp paste

8. 1-2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Palm sugar

1. Pound ingredients 3-7 together until well combined. Then set aside. Pound minced pork together with chili paste.
