1. 2 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
2. 2 Shrimps
3. 1-2 Tbsp. Shrimp fat
4. 2 Tbsp. Nam Sa-Er (Lime juice from soaking shrimp)
5. 1 cup Undiluted coconut milk
6. 1 Tbsp. Water
7. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
8. 1 Tbsp. Palm sugar

1. Heat the pan over medium heat and simmer coconut milk until boiling. Then add shrimp and pound together with chili. And put in coconut milk. Do not stir quickly,
2. Add shrimp, lime juice, fish sauce, palm sugar and stir to combine again. Taste, turn off the stove. Serve together with Koi-Koong and fresh vegetable.

Ingredient of Koi - Koong Chili Paste

1. 2 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
