Pansit Canton (Filipino Cuisine) - Pansit Canton (Filipino Cuisine) is egg noodle but ‘Pansit bihon’ use white noodles. Other ingredients are similar. But different according to taste and convenience. Another commonly dishes which popular in the Philippines.
For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

1. 1 pack White noodle
2. 10-15 Chicken
3. 1 cup Vegetable
4. 1/2 Carrots
5. 10 Pea
6. 2 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
7. 1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
8. 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
9. 10 Chopped Celery
10. 1 cup Chicken broth
1. Heat the pan over medium heat. Fry garlic with oil until smell good. Then add ingredients 2-5, 10. Add the seasoning and set aside.
2. Heat until boiling. Add all ingredients like black pepper and soy sauce. Then add noodle down. Press in the water thoroughly until soft. Add water if it’s too dried.
3. After noodle soft and cook, add fried vegetable down and fry just a little more together until combine. Ready to serve.
