1. 5-6 sliced duck breast
2. 3-4 Sliced Black florest 
3. 7-8 Green bean
4. 1 Tbsp. Japanese radish
5. 1 Indian crispy rice
6. 1 handful Pomegranate
7. 1 Tbsp. Balsamic reduction
1. Blanch green bean about 10 minutes. Then shock it cold water and set aside.
2. Add olive oil and mix together with green bean. Season with salt, pepper and balsamic reduction. Mix well together.
3. Arrange bean on the dish, add duck breast, black florest, ham on the dish. Sprinkle with Japanese radish, pomegranate. Serve with Indian crispy rice. Ready to serve.
