3. 2-3 Sliced lemon
4. 1 Japanese radish
5. 1 Tsp. Caviar
6. 1 Tbsp. Japanese seaweed
1. Chuck oyster and arrange on the dish. Then put Relish for sweet and sour flavor.
2. Add Japanese seaweed and top with caviar.
3. Decorate with Japanese radish, sliced lemon and ready to eat.

5. 1 Tsp. Caviar
6. 1 Tbsp. Japanese seaweed
