For 1-2 person
Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1/2 cup Salted beef
2. 1/2 cup Preserved bamboo shoot

4. 5 Shallots
5. 1 Tbsp.  Lemongrass

7. 2 Tsp. Grill shrimp
8. 1 Tsp. Salt
9. 1 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
10. 1-2 Tsp. Palm sugar

1.  Pound 4-7 until finely and set aside. Boil bamboo shoot in saline for 2 times for reduce smell. Set aside.
