1. 200 g. Large strip noodle
2. 50 g. of Minced Pork
3. 1/2  Cup Tri-Color Bell Pepper (cut into 1-inch dice)
4. 1/2 Bup Baby Corn (cut-East)
5. 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
6. 1 Tsp. Sugar 
7. 2 Tsp. Oyster Sauce
8. 2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
9.       2 Tsp. Fish Sauce
10. 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
11. 1 Tsp. Curry Powder
12. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
13. Chopped Garlic 
14. 1/2 Cup Onion (cut into 1-inch dice)
15. 1/2 Cup Tomatoes (cut into 1-inch dice)
16. 3 Straw Mushrooms (cut half)
17. 2 Soak Mushroom (cut into thin pieces lengthwise)
1. Put large strip noodle into the pan, fry with oil until change to golden brown. Set aside. 
2. Fry garlic, mushrooms and minced pork with oil. Stir until cooked. Then add chicken stock to boil. 
3.  Season with sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper and curry powder. Follow by vegetables, onion, tomato, mushroom, bell pepper, baby corn.
Boil in high heat. Dissolve corn starch with 5 Tbsp. water and pour down.
