Sweet Taro (Pueak Hima) - The menu looks appetizing with glazed sugar that look like white snow that covered with taro. Crispy outside, soft inside and not too sweet or salty. Great menu for people who like sweet flavor.




Sweet Taro (Pueak Hima) - The menu looks appetizing with glazed sugar that look like white snow that covered with taro. Crispy outside, soft inside and not too sweet or salty. Great menu for people who like sweet flavor.
For 4-5 person
Cooking time: 30-40 minutes

1. 1Taro (8 grams)
2. 1 cup Sugar
3. 1 cup Water
4. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
5. Spring onion
6. 1 Tbsp. White roast sesame
7. Oil
1. Peel taro and rinse. Cut it into 2 cm. thick, 5 cm. long and set aside.
2. Warm the pan, add oil and fry taro. Set aside and drain oil.
3. Warm the pan, add sugar, water, salt, spring onion and mix together. Add roasted white sesame and stir until sugar dry. Serve on dish and top with sugar again.

Ingredient of Sweet Taro (Pueak Hima)

1. 1Taro (8 grams)
2. 1 cup Sugar
3. 1 cup Water
4. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
5. Spring onion
6. 1 Tbsp. White roast sesame
7. Oil

How to Cook Sweet Taro (Pueak Hima)
