Banana Chips (Kluay Charb) - We adapt Thai fruit like banana to make sweet banana chip. Banana chip can make as sweet or salty. But the process is not much different. For this recipe, chef has adapted by adding white sesame for more fragrant with salt and sugar just a little.

For 4-5 person
Cooking time: 45 minutes

1. Banana
2. 70 grams Sugar
3. 2 Tsp. Salt
4. 1 Tbsp. White roasted sesame
5. Oil
6. Limestone
7. 4-5 Pandan leave
1. Peel and rinse banana. Add taro, potato and slice banana. Put in limestone. And set aside.
2. Warm the pan. Add oil. And fry banana, pandan juice and fry until crispy. Set aside.
3. Warm the pan. Add sugar and 1/2 cup water and stir to combine. Add banana and wait until sugar dry. Stir until thick. Add white roasted sesame and wait until sugar dry. Ready to serve.
