For 20-30 pieces
Cooking time: 50 minutes

1. 1 cup Sticky rice flour
2. 1/2 cup Rice flour
3. 1/2 cup Palm sugar
5. 1/2 cup Water
6. 1/2 cup Coconut milk

Filling
1. 1 cup Mung bean
2. 40 grams Sugar
3. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
4. Coriander root 
5. 2 Tbsp. Pork
6. 2 Tbsp. Fried shallot
7. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

Sugar
1. 1/2 cup Water
2. 1/2 cup Sugar

1. Mix sticky rice flour with rice flour. Add plam sugar, mashed sweet potato and knead to combine. Add coconut milk  and knead to combine.
2. Set aside at leat 2 hours. 
3. Soak golden bean over night and rinse 2-3 times. Put in warm water for 3-4 hours. Rinse and steam in a steaming pot in boiling water 20-30 minutes. Then mash or pound until finely.
4. Warm the pan. Add shallot oil, coriander root, garlic, pounded pepper. Add pork, peanut and season with sugar, ground salt, fried shallot and fry until dry out. Mold into piece and remove from a pan.
5. Mold into a ball. Set aside. Wait until filling cool down. Then mold into round piece by place on the dough and wrap tightly.
6. Warm the pan, add oil and low the heat down. Fry the dough until golden crispy. Set aside.
7. Mix sugar with water. Stir until thick. Mix the dough  with sugar over medium heat until dry. Set aside to cool and serve.
