Chicken Stew (Sa Too Gai) - Chicken Stew is an international Cuisine which seemingly difficult to make but actually very easy. Golden fried chicken stewed with plenty of vegetables and various ingredients in a pot, until the chicken is tender and absorb the spices taste. Eat with a cup of hot rice or just plain eating are both delicious.

1. Tempura Flour
2. 1 Head Carrot (cut into 1 1/2inches thick pieces)
3. 1 Cup Peanuts

2. Set the hot oil. Put chicken fry until golden brown. (don’t have to cooked)
3. Pour chicken Stock into the pot and boiling.
