8. 30 grams Peeled Kale
9. 20 grams Carrot
10. 80 grams Bean sprout

Seasoning
11. 2 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
12. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
13. 2 Tsp. Soy sauce
14. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
15. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
16. 2 Tsp. Curry powder
17. 1 Tsp. Chinese wine
18. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
19. 3 Tbsp. Corn oil
20. 1/3 cup Chicken broth
1.  Season all meat with salt, pepper and grill in a pan.
2. Grill a pan, add oil, garlic, kale, carrot, roasted chili paste, Chinese wine. Pour soup, oyster sauce, soy sauce. Add curry powder and fry together. Turn to high heat, add bean sprout, sesame oil and meat.
3. Fry until well combined and dry. Ready to serve.
