18. 200-300 grams Flat Noodle
19. 1-2 Egg yolk
20. 2-3 cup Oil

Meat and vegetable
21. 3-4 Squids
22. 3 Fried squid
23. 1-2 Seabass
24. 2-3 Shrimp
25. 2-3 Fried squid
26. 1-2 Chopped garlic
27. Kale
28. Carrot
29. 1-2 Diced mushroom
30. 2-3 Mushroom

Seasoning
31. 2 Tsp. Abalone sauce
32. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
33. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
34. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
35. 1 Tsp. Sesame oil
36. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
37. 3 Tbsp. Chinese wine
38. Salt and pepper

1. Making soup - Add oil , fish bone,  shrimp shell and  leaving the bone change color all sides. Fill the rest of the vegetable (except bay leaf and black pepper). Stir over medium heat until fragrant. Add Chinese wine and wait until dry out. Add chicken broth and water. Leave about 30 minutes and simmer until reduced to about 2 cups water.

6. Cut noodle and place on dish.  Arrange meat and topped with dressing sauce. Ready to serve.
