For 8-10 cups
Cooking time: 8-10 hours

1. 1 Chicken
2, 1 Black chicken
3. 300 grams Yunan Ham
4. 500 grams Japanese shell tendon 
5. 400 grams Pork bone
6. 1 Pork knuckle
7. 30 grams Tang Gui
8. 150 grams Ginger
9. 1 Garlic
10. 3-5 root Coriander root
11. 15 grams Black pepper
12. 5 Chinese plim
13. 1/3 Tsp. Salt
14. 5 liters Water
1. Chop chicken, black chicken, pork knuckle into a medium piece and add into a pot. Then add Yunnan ham.
2. Grill rib pork until change color. Add ginger, garlic, coriander root in a saucepan and add into the pot.
3. Boil water over high heat. Spoon all dirt out and turn to low heat.
4. Put black pepper, Chinese plum, salt, Tang Kui and wait about 8 hours. Keep water to same level and spoon the bubble out.
