Cooking time: Not over than 1 hour

1. 250 grams Shark fin
2. 15 grams crab
3. 2 Eggs
4. 1/2 Tbsp. chopped ginger
5. 3-4 clove Garlic
6. 3-5 Spring onion
7. 1 cup Bean sprout

Seasoning
1. 8 Sliced Ginger
2. 1/2 cup Chinese liquor
3. 1 Tsp, Oyster sauce
4. 1 Tsp. Soy sauce
5. 1/2 Tsp. Seasoning sauce
6. 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
7. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
8. 3 Tbsp. Chinese liquor
9. 1/2 cup Shark fin soup
10. Pepper
11. Corn oil
1.The sliced ginger and add shark fin on the dish. Add Chinese liquor and steam until soft.
2. Warm the pan, add oil and stir bean sprout until cook.
3. Heat the pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, mushrooms and stir fry until smell good. Add eggs and fry until cooked.
4. Add shark fin soup with crab meat, Chinese liquor, soup. Put everything except sesame oil and Stir to combine.
5. Finally, add sesame oil and stir together again. Sprinkle with pepper and crab. Serve with Chinese vinegar.
