2. 1 cup Crispy flour
3. 1/2 cup Cold water
4. Oil
5. 2 Spring onion
6. 2 Onion
7. 4-5 Chillies
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
9. 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
10. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
1. Add crispy flour and stir until dissolve. Coat mushroom with flour and fry until crispy.
2. Add chili, shallot, spring onion, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and mix together. Serve with Yanangi mushroom.
