For 3-4 person
cooking time: 30 minutes

1. 6-7 Minced shrimp
2. 150 grams Minced pork
3. 1/4 grams Tobiko
4. 2 Coriander root
5. 2 cloves Garlic
6. 1 Tsp. Pepper
7. 1 Tbsp. corn flour
8. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce
9. 1 Tsp. sugar
10. 1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
11. Seaweed
1. Pound garlic, coriander root, pepper together.
2. Knead minced pork, minced shrimp, garlic, coriander root, pepper, seasoning sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, corn flour together until smooth. And set aside.
3. Place the mixture on seaweed. Place with tobiko and roll into stick.
4. Steam for 5 minutes and set aside to cool. Cut into piece, serve with sauce and vegetable.
