cooking time: 15-20 minutes

1. 200 grams Sea bass
2. 2 Tsp. Oyster sauce
3. 2 Tsp. Maggi Cooking Sauce
4. 1/4 Tsp. Water or Stock
5. 2 Tsp. Chopped garlic
6. 1 Tsp. Pepper
7. 2 Tbsp. Chopped mushroom
8. 1 Tbsp. Chopped spring onion
9. 3 Chilies
10. 1 Tbsp. chopped ginger

1. Prepare fish.
2. Heat the pan, fry fish with less oil until brown on both sides.
3. Then add mushroom sauce by using maggi cooking sauce, oyster sauce and stock soup just a little. Then add garlic, pepper, mushroom and ginger. Simmer in the same pan until thick.
4. Ready to serve.
