2. 2 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
3. 3-4 Shallot
4. 20 Cashew nut
5. 5 Bird chilies
6. 1 Spring onion
7. 1 Lemon grass
8. 10 Mint leaves
9. 3 Tbsp. Fish sauce
10. 3 Tbsp. Sugar
11. 1/2 Tbsp. Lime
12. 1/2 (5 cup) Crispy flour
1. Clean the fish thoroughly. Then cut into pieces (about 1-2 cm thick) fry not over than 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the salad dressing by mixing ingredients 10-12 until the sugar dissolves, then taste and set aside.
3. Put all ingredients into the cup. And mixed together with vegetables, fried fish and a salad dressing.
