For 2-3 person
Cooking time: 1 hour 10 minutes + Marinating 30 minutes 

1. 1/2 Chicken

5. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
6. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
7. 1/4 cup of Water (optional)

1. Cut chicken and clean. Marinate with all ingredients (from 2-8) at least 30-1 hour. 
2. Grill for 30 minutes over low heat until cook on both sides. 
3. 3 Flavor Dipping Sauce – Pound  bird chili, goat pepper and garlic together. Then Season with vinegar, sugar, grounded salt or fish sauce and pickled garlic. Simmer with low heat or you can add Jaew sauce.

Ingredient of Bang Tarn Grilled Chicken
